Conversational design: system prompt content guidelines
Part of my role on the conversational experience design team was to create content guidelines to include in our system prompts. This helped teach the large language model (LLM) to align all chatbot and IVR messaging to our brand voice and tone guidelines.
Content design system
I was part of a team working to create a content design system that aligned and built upon our existing design system. My role was to co-facilitate weekly meetings to keep work moving forward, and to write content guidelines for various Figma components within our design system.
